IMPACT: Guided data development from ad-hoc to best practice. Created churn model to support and direct the subscription vertical.

IMPACT: Advised on creation and structure of database, as well as BI/Data Visualization tool selection and implementation.

Base of ~7,000 Marines in Kaneohe Bay, HI.
IMPACT
Gathered noise complaint records from various spreadsheets in order to map their frequency and location. This data mapping supported more effective community outreach.
Analyzed capacity and performance of ranges and facilities on base to recommend shifts in priorities with force redistribution.
